Termasuk menyakiti secara fisik, menakut-nakuti, merendahkan, dan lain sebagainya. Dihadiri oleh Wali Kelas MIT Ar Roihan, Perwakilan Guru Mata Pelajaran, Perwakilan Guru Pendamping Khusus, Perwakilan dari MTs Ar Roihan, Perwakilan dari Madin Ar Roihan, Perwakilan Home Schooling Ar pelatihan ini, Fikri Fathurrahman menuturkan bahwa perundungan dapat terjadi secara singkat bahkan dalam hitungan detik, namun dampaknya akan terus membekas. Selain itu, dalam kejadian bully setidaknya ada empat peran pelaku, korban, penonton, dan mediator. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kegiatan dalam pelatihan ini diantaranya, bermain mangkok-baso untuk menentukan kelompok. Brainstorming tentang tindakan bully yang sering ditemukan di lingkungan sekitar. Setelah Brainstorming, narasumber melanjutkan materi. Dalam paparan kali ini beliau menuturkan bahwa satu-satunya cara untuk memutus mata rantai dari tindakan bully adalah membangun situasi dimana &#8220;pelaku disadarkan, korban diberdayakan, penonton dikritiskan&#8221;. Pengkondisian dari ketiga lini ini, dimaksudkan agar kita tidak melihat tindakan bully dari satu sisi, yaitu pihak korban.
